Research Statement

I currently interested in sustainability issues that are faced by small island developming states (SIDS). A current hypothesis is that development must proceed in the context of climate change, especially rising sea levels and increased storm frequency and intensity. How should cities grow? How should ecotoursism develop? How can human populations be protected?
